Rent to own for your own spa

For opening the new spa business, you have to pay lot of money for this investment and I want to suggest you some way for new term of payment called rent to own.

Own Spa

You may suspect rent to own contract, I will tell you. Rent to own is an informal term for a type of business which rents assets or items, most typically furniture; appliances; or houses, with the condition that the item will be owned by the renter if the term of rent is finished, or that the lease can be converted to a sale for a nominal fee at that time. So you can rent any equipment include building for your own although you are not ready in principal.

I've heard that nowadays we can join in The Association of Progressive Rental Organizations which is the international voice for the rent-to-own industry. It provides both information and networking for members. If you want to join, you just sign what is rent to own and get benefit from being its member.

Aromatic Diffuser

An essential oil diffuser is a state of the art air cleaner. The jet diffuser delivers aromatic therapeutic-grade essential oil molecules into the air you breathe. A diffuser is nature's best and most inexpensive air purifier. It eliminates airborne pathogens such as toxic mold and mildew, viruses and bacteria, dust and dust mites, and all unwanted odors.

Aromatic Diffusers - The Best Way to Enjoy Aromatherapy
By Arunraj V.S.

An aromatherapy diffuser is a healthy and natural alternative to a synthetic air-freshener. The wonderful and soothing feeling of the rich and light fragrance of essential oil permeating into the air and relaxing your senses is second to none. As the fragrant molecules are dispersed in the air, they are inhaled through the nose and into the bloodstream, creating a beneficial impact on your mind and body. The purity of essential oils has a tranquilizing, refreshing and motivating effect on your mood. An aromatherapy diffuser can be used as a natural air freshener in your home as well as your car.

The essential oils have properties which can be of various use to people. Lavender oil and rose when added to the water while bathing can have a pleasant and invigorating feeling. There are certain essential oils like tea tree oil which is used for curing cold while eucalyptus is used for nasal congestion.

There are certain essential oils are ideal to cure depression and insomnia.

Diffusion is done with the help of essential oil burners. You can take some drops of pure essential oil and dilute it in a small bowl of water. You can then heat it with the help of the burner or above a tea light. Alternatively you can simply add the oil to a bowl of boiling water. The heat generated can be used to disperse the aroma into the room. One can also use aromatherapy candles to freshen up and fill the room with a pleasant fragrance. Light bulb rings and other things that use an electric heat source are other types of aromatherapy diffusers that use heat.

One can also use an electric or battery operated fan diffuser that works by blowing air over a tray of oil. The fan diffuser has the feature to vaporize and spread the smell of essential oils directly into the air. It has the inherent property to diminish unpleasant and toxic odors which cause allergies. You can be assured of good health and renewed sense of vigor through the miracle of aromatherapy.

Aromatherapists recommend the use of nebulizer, a special aromatherapy diffuser which is one of the best ways to spread the fragrance. It breaks down the oils into diverse molecules making it quite easy for the lungs to intake the fragrance. A few drops of oils added to a clay pot is a cheaper and handy way to disperse the aromatherapy oil, because the air can escape and spread through the porous surface of the clay pot and fill the room with scintillating fragrance.

V.S.ARUNRAJ believes health is truly our wealth and an investment in our health can lead us to live a fulfilling rewarding life mentally and physically. To learn how you can be at the best of your health know the healthy feeling

Types Of Spas

Spas are places devoted to enhancing overall well-being through a variety of professional services that encourage the renewal of mind, body and spirit. Depending upon what your goals are, and what you are looking for in a spa experience, you will want to know differences in spas and what they offer.

Different Types Of Spas
By Aurel Radulescu

We are usually willing to spend lots of money on clothes, food, traveling and luxuries of life. However, making a trip to the spa and spending money on the treatments available there is something we are rather reluctant to spend money on. The well being of our body is something that has to have a priority in life. So it is actually not a waste spending some money on the treatments in the spa if you are going to get refreshed and rejuvenated after the treatments.
A visit to a spa, even for just an afternoon for a simple massage gives amazing effects to our state of mind. We feel relaxed and happier and can face the hassles of life in a better way. So it is actually worth it making a trip to a spa at least in our lives. However, choosing the right spa for the right treatment proves to be a great task. You have to first have a target to reach for through the treatments in the spa. This is because there are different types of spas that cater to your different needs like relaxation, conditioning, rejuvenation, etc.

a Type of Spa

There are basically four types of spas. The first is the spa that caters to the wellness of the client. This is for people who have an eventful medical history and treatments are vested after discussions with the client’s licensed health care specialists. Most of the people visiting these spas for treatments are persons recovering from operations and people trying to quit smoking or alcohol. Treatments are administered to the patients according to the case.

The second type of spa is those that take the fitness of the client into consideration. They are specially designed for those who want to relax. Activities like aerobics and outdoor sports are provided here for better physical fitness and relaxation for the client. So this spa is better for the person who is more playful at heart. They enjoy this program because of the chance they are given of learning more activities in the spa.

The third type of spa is the holistic spa. The main reason people join this spa is to learn more about spirituality. This is the best place to head to for to learn more about self-realization. There are different meditation techniques taught here and these treatments come from different cultures and beliefs like the Chinese Tai Chi meditation.

The fourth and the more famous spa is the day spa. People who visit these spas are usually the ones who are more beauty-conscious. Making a visit to these spas gives the client an opportunity to beautify themselves and to relax themselves too. There are different types of treatments that are provided in the day spa that help to relax you and beautify you at the same time like mud packs, sauna baths, massages and yoga. In fact, the day spa is the place the bride and bridegroom head for a few days before the great day!

So making a visit to any form of a spa is greatly suggested. You feel withdrawn from the usual monotonous routine here in the spa, and greatly rejuvenated when you leave it!

Your modesty Spa

For who want to relax with spa, but don't go to any spa service, just stay at home.

Modesty In Spas
By Aurel Radulescu

Modern day tensions at home and the work place make everyone tense, tired and irritable. With the shortage of time, seldom will there be time for pampering and relaxing. This is the reason many people turn to spas to relax and get pampered. Sometimes, spa treatment leaves us so rejuvenated, that we feel that we can face the whole world after the treatment.

Home Spa
Photo: poolandspasupplystore.com

A visit to a spa is a wonderful experience. It completely relaxes you with the various treatments it has for every inch of your body. There is a large choice of treatments available in a spa. You have to go there and choose what treatment you want to indulge in, according to your needs and necessities and thus plan your own spa routine. The different treatments available in a spa are usually different types of massages, mud baths, facials, steam rooms, saunas, manicures and various other techniques. The choice is yours.

Most of the spas are parts of an entire health resort. So a visit to these resorts let you have some physical activities like swimming, tennis and golf, while getting pampered in the spa if and whenever required. Making a trip to a health resort with a spa gives you a holiday worth spending in, long away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

However, the spa retreat may prove to be rather expensive if you intend to indulge in each and every treatment they provide. It may not be possible for everyone to spend that much cash in all the treatments that the spas provide. Different spas have different rates for different therapies. So it is up to you to decide whether to spend a day or a month in a spa; it all depends on your pocket and your time.

When going to a spa, it is better to wear comfortable and casual clothing. There are lockers in the spa that will be allocated to you to keep your clothes and personal belongings. If you have any jewelry or financial security needed, it is better to hand it over to the reception of the spa for safe keeping. Most of the spas have communal pools or steam rooms. If there is no mention of the attire requirements for these rooms, it is better to ask. Some spas require that you war your own swimming costume while others supply wraps or shorts. So if you are to wear your own swimming costume, you will have to bring it along with you on your visit to the spa.

Most of the spas also have a public wet area wherein you will have to arrive half an hour before your appointment to relax or enjoy a swim or steam before taking your treatments. However, like in all swimming pools, it is required that you take a shower before using these public areas! If you are worried about your modesty, don’t worry, your modesty is considered at all times. Some of the spas tell you to bring an extra set of undergarments to be worn during the treatment, while others supply disposable underwear. There are also some spas that are adept in ensuring that the body is modestly covered at all times.

So the spa not only relaxes you with its treatments, it also keeps your modesty in mind when giving you your treatments!

Spa Therapies

Heavenly Spa Therapies
By Ashish Bhattacharya

Spa treatments are the only methods that soothe, rejuvenate and revitalize the body, soul and spirit. There are many ancient and modern methods of spa treatments. In this article series we will explore the most delicious and beneficial ones.

Spa Therapies

Thalassotherapy
Thalassotherapy is from the Greek word thalassos, meaning "sea" It is the therapeutic use of seawater to treat various diseases. It is said that trace elements of magnesium, potassium, calcium sulphates and sodium, found in seawater, are absorbed through the skin providing medical benefits to the user. Seawater, seaweed, algae, mud and sand are all key ingredients of Thalassotherapy. Thalassotherapy is always done on the coast as sea water loses its healing quality quickly after being stored. So it is best to go to a spa near the sea to enjoy the benefits of Thalassotherapy.

The health benefits of pure sea water have been proven over hundreds of years. Mud baths, underwater showers, hydro-massage, aromatherapy, and seaweed, mud and algae wraps are all used in Thalassotherapy to revitalize and improve circulation of the body. The different forms are used according to the disease and patient temperament. Thalassotherapy has been found to help patients suffering from hypertension, arteriosclerosis, asthma, bronchitis, muscle atrophy, rheumatic arthritis, weight loss, cellulite reduction, post-natal toning, back problems, water retention, depression and sleeping disorders.

Types of Thalassotherapy
There are many different kinds of Thalassotherapy, mainly
Ionization- In this the seawater is ionized with negative ions and is then inhaled or sprayed. This is a wonderful method for those suffering from upper respiratory tract problems.

Hydro massage- In this massage is preformed with the patient and masseuse inside the water in a tub or pool

Balneotherapy- underwater massages where jets of water are used.

Vinothérapie- a combination of thermal spring water, indigo-elements with wine and grape extracts are mixed into Seaweed, mud or algae wraps. This method helps to strength blood vessels and encourages circulation

Balneotherapy-water-based seaweed, mud or algae therapies that use seawater or thermal spring water. This tremendously improves circulation.

Massages
Massages are an ancient method used for centuries to treat pains, injuries and disease. In a massage structured or unstructured pressure is applied, manually with the hands or feet or with aids.

The health benefits of massage are relaxing and improved circulation. They are especially beneficial for pain management and stress management.

Types of massages
There are many different massages, originating from all over the world
Ayurvedic Abhyanga Massage- Abhyanga is performed by two masseuses working in tandem, using a heated blend of specially selected herbal oils. This massage originated in India.

Barefoot Deep Tissue- Barefoot Deep Tissue is a blend of Eastern barefoot techniques with Western manual medicine. Massage is applied by the masseuse’s feet and no oils are used.

Deep tissue massage- Deep tissue techniques are intended for more focused massage work.

Specific joint, muscle or muscle group, are accessed through the deeper layers of the soft tissue.
Foot or sole massage- Foot massage is practiced by the Chinese who believe that each spot on the sole of the foot corresponds to an internal organ. The ailments are healed when the aching spots of the sole are treated by massage.

Hot Stone Massage – is done by using particular stones. The heat of the stones is great for stress reduction. The hardness of the stones allows the masseuse to address specific problem areas with more detailed work or deeper pressure.

Neuromuscular therapy- Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT) is used for pain relief and precise problems. NMT reduces pain, tension, postural imbalance, and lengthens and strengthens tissues.

Ashish Bhattacharya is an exponent of oriental and alternative medicine. Armed with a degree in East Asian Therapies from China, he has worked in an Ayurvedic spa Mauritius, and is an expert in Thalassotherapy in Mauritius.

Therapy For Seniors

Therapy For Seniors is a highly specialized field and the number of specialized therapists in this area is growing in order to address the burgeoning needs of this group of citizens.

Healing Touch - Massage Therapy For Seniors
By Julie Northcutt

The healing touch provided by massage can be beneficial for many conditions, but is especially useful in senior care or if your loved one has limited mobility or is in a wheelchair. Lack of movement causes the circulation to diminish and nerve function to decline. As a result, muscles atrophy and shorten, resulting in tight joints that can't straighten normally. Prolonged contraction of muscles due to inactivity can be helped with massage and gentle stretching. Massage also calms the central nervous system and reduces muscle tension, which eases chronic pain and improves sleep patterns.

Free Shipping Free Samples at Spalook
Photo: softubwarehouse.com

Other benefits of massage for seniors and those with limited mobility:

· Improves relaxation and communication

· Increases range of motion and pain management for arthritis sufferers

· Triggers natural joint lubrication through increased circulation, improving mobility

· Increases coordination, strength, flexibility and posture

· Expedites healing of wounds

· Boosts energy level and mental awareness

· Stimulates respiration

· Stimulates digestion and elimination of toxins

That mental well-being can often be accomplished by the simple but profound act of gentle, soothing touch. It can provide seniors with a sense of value not found through other forms of therapy or interaction with people. "Our bodies are designed to be touched", says Paul Escriva, certified massage therapist with a practice in Chicago. "Massage for seniors, especially, is about human touch. They are not touched very much and when they are touched, it is usually not nurturing touch. It is catheters and needles and not about communication."

Massage has also been shown to be therapeutic for specific conditions such as Parkinson's disease and Alzheimer's disease. A study by the Touch Research Institute showed that adults with Parkinson's disease who received massage therapy or progressive muscle relaxation twice a week for five weeks performed better in daily living activities and rated themselves as improved in daily functioning. Massage has been shown to aid those with Alzheimer's disease as well, with some of its biggest benefits including the maintaining and rebuilding the nervous system's response to stimuli to help resist physical and mental decline. In addition, those with Alzheimer's disease have great potential to respond well to massage therapy as another form of communication with those closest to them.

Julie A. Northcutt, President of Caregiverlist.com, works to connect seniors and their loved ones with quality senior care. Caregiverlist.com provides information on elderly care and assists in finding premier senior home care agencies by qualifying your care needs and required services.

Team Foundation Server

Team Foundation Server or TFS is a Microsoft offering for source control, data collection, reporting, and project tracking, and is intended for collaborative software development projects. It is available either as stand alone software and good to use with your spa website system.
The purpose of enhancing communication on a team is to ensure that no information or work is lost when tasks are handed-off from one team member to another.

Foundation Server

The central concept when you work with team foundation server hosting. A team project is stored on Team Foundation Server and has a name everyone on the team can easily identify. For example, a team working on version 1.0 of Adventure Works would probably have a team project called Adventure Works 1.0. The team project provides a central location for everyone to coordinate his or her work. Each team project has an associated project portal that is a Windows SharePoint Web site. Team members with tfs hosting can use the project portal to store documents, find reports, and use other Windows SharePoint collaborative features like calendars and lists. For more information about the project portal by software as a service tfs from phase2int.com.

Sauna Kits

Pre-cut Sauna Kits - Choices to Consider
By Pertti Olavi Jalasjaa

If you have ever enjoyed taking a sauna bath at your local health club, gym or spa and would like a home sauna for your own private use, you should consider the many merits of a pre-cut sauna kit. Pre-cut sauna kits are perfect for people who appreciate the pleasures and benefits of sauna bathing but don’t want to go to the trouble or expense of having a sauna professionally constructed and installed for them.

Sauna kit

Even if you only have a few tools and don’t think of yourself as a particularly gifted carpenter or handyman, you should have little if any difficulty building your own indoor or outdoor sauna using a pre-cut sauna kit. And, if you know of another sauna bath enthusiast who would be willing to assist you with the project, assembling your do-it-yourself or DIY sauna kit, as a pre-cut sauna kit is sometimes called, should be that much easier.

The first step in purchasing a pre-cut sauna kit is to decide whether you want an indoor sauna or an outdoor sauna. Depending on the space they have available on their property, some folks buy sauna kits to enhance their backyards. A backyard sauna can serve equally well as a private sanctuary and a gathering place for family members, friends or neighbors. No matter where it’s located, how a home sauna is utilized is ultimately up to its owner, but there’s never just one way and one way only to enjoy a sauna.

Many indoor sauna kits have been assembled in basements, bathrooms, bedrooms and spare rooms. When space permits, indoor saunas can truly energize or revitalize the home life of an individual or family. More time in the sauna can mean less time sitting mindlessly in front of the computer or television or engaging in other unproductive behaviors. Using an indoor sauna is a great method of caring for your own health and well-being while relaxing in the familiar surroundings of home.

Once you decide whether you want a sauna kit for an indoor or outdoor sauna, then you must make other choices. Is your sauna going to be a traditional dry Finnish sauna or a far infrared sauna? Will your sauna heater be electric, gas, wood-fired, or infrared? How big do you want your sauna to be? What sauna features are most important to you?

To help you answer these and other questions, it is vital that you select a fully qualified sauna kit provider. Some sauna kit retailers are strictly dealers, while some are sauna manufacturers as well. If the quality of your pre-cut sauna kit materials is a priority to you, you would be wise to focus on sauna manufacturers, as they have greater control of the products they offer their customers.

Also, try to find a company that specializes in home saunas and sauna kits; a sauna specialist should be far more knowledgeable about pre-cut saunas than someone who sells saunas, hot tubs, swimming pools, gazebos, lawn furniture, and various other home improvement products. When buying a sauna or sauna kit, you deserve the security of knowing that the sauna supplier you have selected is a true sauna expert who can answer all your questions.

Always be attentive to the quality of the customer service you receive from your sauna supplier. How helpful, patient or pushy are the salespeople? How willing are they to assist you with your selection? What guarantees does the company provide? How clear and comprehensive are the instructions they include with their sauna kits? Do they have any customer testimonials on their website or in their brochures? What are their prices and policies for delivery?

Shopping for a pre-cut sauna kit can be challenging at times, but your efforts will be rewarded if you stay focused on making the right choices for your home, budget, lifestyle, and personal needs and preferences. If you shop for your do-it-yourself sauna kit responsibly, the joy and pride you feel in your new home sauna once it is assembled will be immensely satisfying.
