The Dawn Water Treatment Protocol
To apply dawn water treatment to your daily regimen, you need to follow some rules:

1.As soon as you get up from bed, without even brushing your teeth drink one and a half liters of water, which is approximately equivalent to five to six glasses of water.
2.Avoid any food or liquid intake for an hour aftewards.
